Decatur Water Works Customers can pay online with NexBill Pay.
- All Bills are due by the 10th of each month
- We CANNOT accept partial payments
- Cut Off will be on the first working day after the 10th of the month following a carry over of any balance from the previous month - NO EXCEPTIONS
NOTE: If your water service has been disconnected for non-payment, paying online will not automatically restore service. To restore service, you will need to contact Town Hall at (601)635-2761 or visit our office in person at 66 Seventh Street (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.) to pay the reconnect fee. Once payment has been received, a work order will be issued to have the water service restored.
